Testimonies

From 1989, our services have been used by hundreds of young people and their families in their desire to receive direction and aid in the process of transition from secondary school to college and/or graduated /professional school.

Below, we show a reduced example of some testimonies offered by our clients, friends and associated.

“In 1999, I was studying in Lorenzo Vizcarrondo High School in Carolina , PR. I had the privilege to participate in the program produced and directed by Edu-Cash “Avance Gigante” supported by the Municipality of Carolina. I found myself very hesitant. I did not know if I would apply for college. My only goal was to finish my secondary school. The advising of Edu-Cash helped me to know the opportunities that were for me in some schools in Puerto Rico and the United States. I call to my mind that Mr. Cardona, inclusively personally took me to visit several school campus and helped me to file admission and Financial aid form (FAFSA). With his help, God’s will and my determination, I earned an Associated Degree in Computerized Accounting. At present, I am in Universidad Del Este, in Carolina for a Baccalaureate in Business Administration and Management. I am convinced that the services from these professionals will be a benefit for which as I, they have the opportunity to explore its academic and professional options.”

“Our daughter, Andrea Perez, was a senior in 2006 at Colegio Marista in Guaynabo, PR. Fairly, thanks to the involvement of Mr. Jose Cardona, our daughter Andrea fulfilled her dream to go to a university in the United States.  She was admitted in Cornell University (NY), University of Virginia (Va) and in Brown University (RI), where she is attending classes.

Mr. José E. Cardona oriented us about the schools.  He helped us in the process to apply for financial aid filling the FAFSA, CSS/PROFILE.  Thanks to his recommendations, all the process became on time and without “stress”. Every year we continued receiving his advice and cooperation with the FAFSA and the financial aid form required by Brown University.  We do not have words to thank for everything to him what he has done for us.”

“We are parents of three children: Richard, Douglas and Samantha. For us like parents, the services received from Mr. Jose Cardona were and are of insuperable value. With our first “senior”, last year (Class 2007, Colegio Sagrados Corazones in Guaynabo, PR), we were lost in how and when, in all the process of transition from secondary school to college.  Then, a friend recommended us the services of Mr. Cardona and his group. From the first contact by phone, he oriented us and practically took us by the hand.  From reviewing applications for admissions, to review and make corrections to essays that accompanied them.  He helped us to apply for financial aid (FAFSA & CSS/PROFILE), that he himself filled.  Together, we evaluated the offers received from schools, until finally, choosing between the different options and sending letters for financial aid re-examination, when it was necessary. Everything turned out to be so beneficial with his aid. Richard received admission to several schools in the United States and the sufficient amount of $$$.  He decided by one of them (Pratt Institute, NY); therefore, when this year arrived, we turn to him for Douglas (Class 2008, Colegio San José, Río Piedras, PR).  We never doubted in putting Douglas on his hands. Again, several letters of admission were received, and also it decided to study in the USA (Penn State University, PA). I pray God for much health and a long life for our dear Jose and his spouse. We have another secondary school student, our daughter Samantha (Class 2010) who soon goes for the college.  We cannot imagine filling the papers without his support.”

“We testify as personal friends and colleagues of Mr. Jose Cardona that his character and state of mind is of an utmost sincere and respectful individual. My Wife and I have witnessed his dedication to every aspect of his life to the extent visible to us, as the highest in excellence and admirable characteristics known to us.  We pray that Jose and His wife will be part of our two children’s academic future. He has been a great influence on me and many of the youth I represent.  God bless you José!
